This is a very seasonal business and our cancellation policy is firmly enforced. If you’re a new customer or unfamiliar with our policies regarding cabin rentals, please read before reserving.
Cabin Reservation/Cancellation Policies:
A deposit of 50% is required to hold cabin reservations. (Rate x Nights x 1/2 = deposit)
The balance (+ sales tax) is due at check-in.
If we are notified of a cancellation at least 60 days prior to the first day of rental, your cabin deposit will be refunded (Minus $25 handling charge). Cancellations less than 60 days from the first day of rental will receive no refunds.
Refunds will not be made in the event of early termination.
June 2 to August 11, cabins are rented by the week. “Saturday to Saturday” Reservations of 2-6 days may become available one month before arrival date during this period.
2-night minimum stay required before June 2 and after August 11. ($20 surcharge for single night stays)
There is a charge of $15 per day for each person over the number listed in the “Maximum Capacity” column in the chart on the left. This includes children!
NO PETS in or near Lakeside Cabins.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM CST and check-out time is 11:00 AM CST.
A $50 security/damage deposit is due at check-in for cabins that sleep 5 or more people.
